• Established in "1995" we, "Standard Friction Components Ltd", We are prominent Manufacturer, Distributor, Exporter, Retailer and Importer of various products. The group of professionals, company viz Standard group of companies, who has experience of over 25 years in the "Friction Material" based in Mumbai. Today the company factory in Vashind Shahapur. Spreads over 4.5 acre & has over 100 employees. The sales turnover for the year 2007-2008 was US $1.0 million out of which export sale contributed US $ 0.7 million. We have our clear vision to become World Class manufacture by 2012. With over 150 different machines, SFCL is meeting consumer demands of quality, price & supply. Due to stupendous systematic work, company was awarded by ISO certification for compliance in quality systems. Our range of brage linings includes asbestos millboard discs, asbestos millboard sheets, organic disc brake pads, automotive clutch facings, industrial woven rolls etc. The stress on innovation and R&D at Standard group was appropriately rewarded when we received the Gold Shield for import Substitution in the year 1984, the highest national recognition for excellence in import substitution. With SFCL's aspiration to become a global player in the field fo Hi-Tech friction materials, in 1994 we entered into a techno commercial collaboration with M.I.C.K.E. bruhmann gmbh & cokg, the leading German name in the area oh specialization. This has not only enabled SFCL to upgrade its product quality to international levels but also has made the brand of COMMANDO a force to reckon with.
